Reiki means universal life force energy in Japanese. Reiki is channeled through the practitioner, through the crown chakra and the recipient’s body will draw the energy to the parts of their body that require it most. It is an incredibly relaxing and powerful form of self care.

What Will You Experience?
- You will have a thorough consultation with me, this is where you will be able to talk about anything you would like to address, whether it be mentally, emotionally or physically.
- We will then commence with the treatment. This is a hands-on, relaxing treatment where I shall channel reiki to the areas of your body that need it most.
